The property was pleasant, but I believe the reception staff could improve their customer interaction. While I was speaking to the receptionist, they maintained focus on the computer and did not make eye contact, which felt unprofessional. Improved engagement and attentiveness would enhance the overall guest experience.

not new but ok for money. close to airport. lots of restaurants in front of hotel. shopping mall behind the corner. good breakfast

The breakfast was wonderful. The proximity to the airport is excellent, and the shuttle service excellent as well.
