The property was pleasant, but I believe the reception staff could improve their customer interaction. While I was speaking to the receptionist, they maintained focus on the computer and did not make eye contact, which felt unprofessional. Improved engagement and attentiveness would enhance the overall guest experience.

Rooms are small and have no desk for placing a laptop, window is also small. Food is excellent and diverse, both for breakfast and dinner. The place is comfortable and staff is friendly.
